1. For enterprises in the Free trade zone, the administrative division of the enterprise name can be used“Yunnan Free Trade Pilot Zone”。Whether the administrative division of the enterprise name is used“Yunnan Free Trade Pilot Zone”The choice is made by the enterprise。If the enterprise moves out of the free trade zone, the administrative division of the enterprise name shall be changed and registered in accordance with the original provisions。The names of individual industrial and commercial households and farmers' specialized cooperatives in the free trade zone shall be implemented in accordance with the original provisions。

2. The residence (business premises) of enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and farmers' professional cooperatives in the Free Trade Zone are all registered as: China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade ZoneXXDistrict (Kunming District, Honghe District, Dehong District)XXX(Jingkai District, Guandu District, Panlong District, Hekou County, Ruili City)XXX（街、路）XXX号。Stock market entities change their domiciles (business premises) at the same time when they handle changes in registered items, or change their domiciles (business premises) upon application。The FTZ Management Committee has not made uniform requirements的Shall not be forced to change the residence (business premises) and renew the business license。

Third, accurately define the four to the scope of the three zones of the free trade zone, and enterprises outside the zone, individual industrial and commercial households, and specialized farmers' cooperatives shall be implemented in accordance with the original provisions。At the same time, please do a good job of publicity consultation and coordination for enterprises and relevant departments to avoid unnecessary trouble to enterprises。

Problems encountered in the implementation, please report to the provincial Bureau registration Registry in time for timely adjustment and improvement。Other facilitation measures for the registration of market entities in the free trade zone shall be gradually studied, formulated and issued by the provincial bureau。
